Telstra, Australia’s largest ISP have suffered its first major outage today in months but failed to notify any of its users. The Service Updates page at bigpond.com wasn’t updated, leaving millions of Australians confused.
The outage seems to have ended for most users.
The outage stretched Australia Wide, with Twitter users in some states still reporting issues.
Telstra are still yet to comment.
